Re: Fat sam
The problem with Allardyce was he wanted all the praise for a victory & would never accept any culpability for a loss.
When his side wins it's because of his tactics & how he outsmarted the opposition manager (Remember how he 'outtacticed Jose' for example).
A defeat was because the players didn't do what was expected & missed the chances created.

Allardyce led us to victories over Millwall, Chelsea and Spurs.

Can’t think of many others in recent times that have done that.

Re: Fat sam
Not a fan of Big Sam but you could argue that winning promotion on our first trip to Wembley in 30 years and winning 3-0 against Tottenham at WHL were a couple of good days to remember.

The Fat Man did what was required. 1st season. Get us up. 2nd season. Keep us up. 3rd season. Make sure we tread water with no drama. He was a wet dream for the SPIVS. Fucking Antichrist for us fans. Moyes needs to go. However he has managed too give us a couple of nights to remember. I’m really struggling torecall any from Allardyce.?

Re: Fat sam
If you’d only watched Haaland yesterday rather than in the other 50 games, you’d think he was a right donkey. Nothing went right for him at all.

Leeds were extremely flattered by the score line.

Re: Fat sam
His 19th century football was unwatchable. On top of that he's a greedy, arrogant excuse for a manager.

Re: Fat sam
Leeds finished with nineteen percent possession. If we'd done that Moyes would be getting absolutely destroyed, no matter the result.

(We finished with an almighty thirty percent!)

What I saw of the game City should have at least doubled their score.. dicked around with the pen... and prob only day this season Haaland never had his shooting boots on... but hey yeah... Allardyce is a genius

Re: Fat sam
Anyone who saw the man city games against us and Leeds without an agenda . Would clearly have seen how flattered Leeds were by the scoreline. The chances wasted by man city yesterday was absolutely unbelievable it should have been at least 6 or 7 while against us they took the few chances that came there way . Anyway Moyes out .

Re: Fat sam
Sam had 3 days to work with the players there
Moyes has had 3 years with this lot and he throws every single game away at a top 6 club because he is fucking clueless

Re: Fat sam
Not sure Leeds did any better than us TBH, yes the scoreline suggest that but its not really a reflection of the game, not defending Moyes but we held them for lot longer than Leeds and City never took their foot off the pedal even when 3-0 up, against Leeds, city got complacent towards the end and it was a combination of the Norwegian not taking the penalty and then Leeds getting a slice of luck than made it look flattering for BFS.

Manuel,
The 40/1 was earlier in the week not sure what our odds are now, what I am suggesting is Leeds are undoubtedly more of a threat than they were previous to yesterdays result.
I don’t think we’re safe just yet .

Manuel 4:49 Sun May 7
Re: Fat sam
jfk - 40/1 if you're concerned that three of Leeds/Leicester/ Forest/Everton are going to finish above us.

Can’t argue your point.
Man City were the better side by a mile but that’s irrelevant.
Leeds had Man City rattled a bit in the last 10 minutes which is a concern for us.

Re: Fat sam
I don't like the bloke but he got Leeds closer to beating Citeh today than Moyes did after just a couple of days working with them

People mocking and laughing at this appointment but who is really having the last laugh?

1.3 million quid for 4 games, The Oaf has landed on his feet for few weeks work, and then who could blame him if they still go down?
